برنامج حكومة الانتقال

مبادئ عامة

• بسط الامن، العدالة، محاربة الفساد، المحاسبه، توفير مياة الشرب النظيفه، توفير الرعاية الصحية الاوليه، توفير صحة الامومه والطفوله، دعم المراكز التخصصيه العلاجية، دعم التأمين الصحي العام والخاص
• توفير التعليم العام والفني، إحياء وإعمار مشاريع الخدمات، إحياء وإعمار المشاريع الزراعية، إحياء وإعمار المشاريع الصناعية، الاهتمام بالمراعي و منتجاتها وتسويق الثروة الحيوانيّة، الاهتمام بالتعليم العام والأهلي، الانضباط والتاهيل والتدريب المستمر للعاملين بالخدمة المدنية بالداخل والخارج. توفير العلاج و المعاش الكفء للمعاشي الاول واسرته القاصرة، دعم تأهيل القوات النظامية، المحافظه علي البيئه في الريف والحضر، تاهيل الطرق البرية والسكك الحديدية والمطارات ، والخطوط البحرية، تطوير الخدمات والاهتمام بالريف عبر تأهيل المشاريع الزراعية والصناعية والخدمة المدنية.

الجامعات :

• تأهيل الجامعات لتقوم بدورها في التعليم والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع .
• تبادل ساعات دراسيه للطلاب بين جامعات الاقاليم والمركز
• مشاركة الجامعات في تطوير
• التعليم القبل الجامعي (العام)
• الاهتمام بقيادات المجتمع المدني في دور العبادة
• تطوير و دعم الادارات الاهلية
• الاهتمام بالرياضة في المدارس والجامعات والاحياء.
• الاهتمام بالمنافسات الرياضية الداخلية والخارجية

الاقتصاد :

• العمل علي استقرار سعر الصرف
• تشجيع التعامل المالي الإلكتروني
• توفير ودائع للاستيراد
• العمل علي زيادة النمو الاقتصادي وخفض التضخم
• إنشاء مصرف للذهب والمعادن الثمينه يتبع للبنك المركزي وله منافذ عبر البنوك والمصارف

• مؤتمر التاسيس الجامع
• تسجيل الاحزاب

الشباب والمرأة

• إستيعابهم كقيادة ظل لكل المشاريع التي يتم تأهيلها وعمل الوزارات المركزية والمناصب القيادية.
• تجديد القيادات بقيادات شبابيه كفؤه بالتدرج خلال ٤ سنوات.

العمل الخارجي

• التوازن في السياسة الخارجية التي تبني علي المنافع المتبادلة
• عدم التدخل في شؤون الغير عدا في اطار التبادل والمنافع المشروعة
• علاقات تميز مع دول الجوار
• علاقات جديدة مبنية علي المصالح المشتركة مع كل الدول فيما ذلك اوربا والولايات المتحده

التعويضات :

• انشاء محفظة لتعويض الأفراد والمؤسسات العامه والخاصة والشركات
• عبر الإنتربول متابعة دول الجوار لارجاع المنهوبات من المركبات والآليات.

التخطيط والتطوير

• إنشاء هيئه عليا للتخطيط الاستراتيجي ( لها استقلاليه ) ولها مجلس يضم كل التخصصات تساعد في توفير خطط لتنفيذ السياسات وضمان سلامتها واستمراريتها.
